Ihr findet hier alles, was Ihr braucht. Eine vollausgestattete Küche mit vielen Utensilien, Bad mit Dusche, moderne Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine und ein Queensize-Bett (1,60 Meter). Außerdem Fitnessgeräte, Hanteln und einen großen Boxsack, um in Form zu bleiben.

Zuverlässiges WLAN ist in der gesamten Wohnung und auf dem Balkon vorhanden, ein TV-Bildschirm mit vielen Anschlüssen, ein Arbeitsplatz mit Apple-Display. In der Küche gibt es eine Espressomaschine, Müsli und alles, was ihr zum Kochen und Backen braucht, sowie eine Kühltasche zum Picknicken. Im Bad findet ihr Handtücher, so viel Ihr wollt. Auf dem Balkon stehen eine Sonnenliege, Tische und Stühle, und ein großer Sonnenschirm - die Sonne scheint von ca zehn Uhr morgens bis zum Sonnenuntergang auf die Wohnung und macht sie sehr hell.

Fühlt Euch in meiner Wohnung wie zuhause und seid gut zu ihr. Ihr werdet sie lieben.

Bedingungen: 820€ Miete pro Monat. 170€ Nebenkosten (Heizung, Strom, Wasser und WLAN). 500 € Kaution.

Welcome to my cosy flat (65sqm.) with two rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a big balcony with stunning views all over Berlin. Theres a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, toaster, microwave and a lots of other stuff for cooking, baking and preparing your meals. There's a spacious living room and the bedroom features a comfortable bed (1,60m). Internet access (WIFI) is available. The recently renovated bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and I provide towels and beddings. Since the apartment is situated in the 7th floor you are free to use the elevator. There's also complimentary coffee, tea, breakfast cereals, tv-screen, a fully equipped workplace and a bluetooth-speaker. My apartment is located in one of the best parts of Neukölln with a lot of bars, cafés, international restaurants, galleries, shops. It's within walking distance to the beautiful Tempelhofer Feld, Berlin's biggest park, where you can enjoy a craftbeer at the Biergarten, have a picnic/barbecue on the lawn or just relax, walk around and enjoy the authentic Kiez-atmosphere. You can use the whole flat. I won't be at home. You will be handed the keys and the WiFi-password upon arrival. The rent is 820€ per month. Side costs 170€ (Heating, Water, Electricity, WiFi). Deposit: 500€.
