ich bin vom 01.07-05.08. weg und möchte meine Wohnung in diesem Zeitraum (mind. 4 Wochen) untervermieten.
Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und verfügt über ein großes Wohnzimmer (18 m2) mit Balkon, ein Schlafzimmer (12 m2), eine Küche und Bad mit Badewanne, Abstellkammer mit Waschmaschine, sowie Flur natürlich.
Auch ist der Hof sehr nett um Abends mit Freunden draußen zu sitzen.

Die Wohnung befindet sich 6 min südlich vom S- und U-Bahnhof Hermannstraße in einer sehr grünen und ruhigen Wohngegend. Per Bus ist man noch schneller dort.
Im unmittelbaren Umfeld gibt es nichts wirklich aufregendes, aber mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 7 min am Tempelhofer Feld, in 11 min in der Hasenheide/Hermannplatz usw. Teltowkanal (2 min) bietet ebenfalls Erholungspotential.
Wie man den Fotos zum Teil entnehmen kann, sind nicht alle Zimmer der Wohnung komplett 'fertig' renoviert. Die Wohnung ist trotzdem in einem sauberen und hygienisch einwandfreien Zustand. Allerdings sind an wenigen Stellen Tapetenstücke abgezogen und in der ganzen Wohnung keine Fussbodenleisten montiert. Sie ist trotzdem sehr gemütlich und schön, allerdings könnten manche Menschen das als störend empfinden, deswegen der Hinweis.
Partys sind in der Wohnung nicht erwünscht.
