We speak Deutsch and English.
The apartment can be rented either short term (1-3 months) or longer with a limit for now on 1 year until we are clear on our living situation (might want to come back to berlin but chances are the apartment is free long term).
The apartment is fully equipped with everything needed, bed linen, towels, kitchen and tools.
Please note that some interior might differ, we will move out and take the spin bike and TV with us.
The kitchen has a big table and 4 chairs for either working from home or eating. The office chairs on the picture will be replaced with 4 eating table chairs
The apartment is located one bus stop or 7 mins walking to U and S Hermannstr.
Close or our house are two parks, one the famous Tempelhofer Feld
During the stay it is required to water the plants once a week ;)
The deposit will be completely refunded upon return of keys if everything on the apartment is still there and not broken and clean :)
If you are already in Berlin or have friends here you can also come or send someone to have a look upfront of course.
