Our beautiful flat will be free for six weeks from September 3rd until October 16th.
As you might already see from the pics we have quite some plants (our small jungle) and a small garden on the balcony. If you are interested in staying here, you should know your way around plants and take care of them ❤️
The flat has a big living room, a large bedroom, an "office" room and a well equipped kitchen. From the "office" you can access the balcony that has space for 3 to 4 people.
The flat is in Neukölln Schillerkiez between U8 Leinestraße and U8/S-Ring Hermannstraße. Plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, organic shops and parks are around the corner. Only 500m away you will find the Tempelhofer Feld for BBQ or sport activities. Three bouldering sites are within 30m reach. Nearest lakes are within 1h reach.
Please contact us if(f) you are a plant lover, non-smoker and don't bring any pets.
The rent is 1200 EUR per month, hence 1800 EUR for the entire period of 6 weeks.
