Ich suche für meine Wohnung für ca. 3 Wochen eine Zwischenmiete. Ihr könnt euch die Wohnung gerne in Berlin anschauen kommen oder wir machen einen Rundgang per Zoom.
Bei den Daten bin ich flexibel und wir können schauen dass es gut passt :)

Die Wohnung liegt im hinteren Teil der Weserstraße zwischen Landwehrkanal und Sonnenalle. Supermärkte Resturants und Bars gibts wie eig überall in Berlin um die Ecke und nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Für die Öffis sind die Stationen Sonnenalle oder Rathaus Neukölln nicht weit. Mit dem Fahrrad geht das Meiste aber schneller.
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig. Über die Weserstraße fahren nicht so viele Autos und mit den Nachbar*innen passt auch alles.
Zur Ringbahn und zur U-bahn sind es so 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Bus fährt direkt um die Ecke.
