My flat is bight and quiet and has an amazing living room with the most gorgeous widows. It's perfect for singles or couples. I have 250 mbits Internet and a nice little balkony. As I am just on holidays, I hope you don't mind some private stuff in it, but you will have plenty of space for your own.
My flat is located in the heart of Neuköln, one of the most popular areas of berlin. Just around the corner you have some super nice cafes & restaurants, from a fancy to super affordable mulit-cultural food places. This area is also famous for it's very authentic bars – the place to be if you want to meet interesting, beautiful & hip people from berlin and all over the world. Even though this area is quite busy, it's super quiet in my flat. If you fancy a walk on the water, the canal is 5 walking minutes from here, a very beautiful and green area.
There is a supermarket and a biocompany just across the street. In short: I just moved here 3 months ago from an other district of berlin and I am so in love with this place and the area and I am sure you will do too. PS: I have 1000 mbits Internet in my flat ;)
