Hello,
We are visiting my family in Argentina for one month and we are renting our beautiful apartment throughout that period.
The flat is 90 m2 and all rooms are separated with old Berlin charm. The rooms have high cealings and wooden floors. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. We put a lot of energy in keeping our apartment pretty so you'll find averything you need to spend a cozy and happy January in Berlin.
The flat is perfect for a couple or for two friends. If two friends will be sharing the flat, an air matress can be used in the living room.
Our apartment is right on the Weserstrasse, the beating vein of multicultural Neukölln, yet it is located on the quiet southern part, free from traffic and other noises. You find plenty of nice small bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity as well as public transport. The water canal (Landwerkanal) together with beautiful Wildenbruchpark are just 200 meters away and gives the location its peace and tranquility.

Please note: We don't want to make a profit out of this temporary rental. We just want to cover our costs.
Total warm rent for the entire time is 1250€. The deposit of 300€ will be returned directly after your departure.
