Since my company will be relocating me to Asia for work purpose, I'm looking for someone to take over my apartment as it is with the furnitures. It has been less than a year since I moved in here so almost all the furnitures here are new and expensive. I spent over 14k on this apartment. I would like to sell it to the next tenant for 7362€.
It's a beautiful 3 room apartment moved in few months ago. The total apartment size is 75,19sqm. 2 rooms are fully furnished bedrooms with a queen (1.60m) and double (1.4m) sized beds. The other room is a large living room space, and a separate kitchen room. You will have everything you need in the apartment. It's a perfect size for a small family or a couple.
The apartment comes with mandatory underground parking spaces that's included in the rent (kinda). But you are free to rent it out to a third party if you don't own a vehicle. I am currently renting it out to someone. We have a contract agreement till December, so you can either let him continue renting the parking space or I can terminate the contract (there is clause that allows me to in the contract).
Small pets are allowed. According to my landlord cats are fine, and if you do have a dog you probably just need to notify them first. Even tho in the contract it does say large pets not allowed.
I estimate to move out in September or October.
Total rent is 1121.90€ warm (Rent: 1001.90€ | Parking: 120€). This doesn't include electricity or internet.
I'm currently not in Berlin. I will be back in July and will take visits once I'm back home. Till then I will take inquiries.

The apartment is located in the heart of Neukölln Hermannstraße. You will find the U8 Boddinstraße Ubahn right in front of the building. You will have everything right at your front door. Various hipster cafes, apotheke, multiple supermarkets and bakeries.
