Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für zwei Monate, da ich verreise. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, ruhig und sauber. Sie liegt direkt am Landwehrkanal über dem türkischen Markt. Die Straße ist ruhig und auch den Markt merkt man bei geschlossenen Fenstern kaum. Es ist an Ausstattung alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sie verfügt über eine 100 Mbit/s DSL Leitung mit WiFi. Es gibt einen großen Smart TV mit Apple+ und Disney Plus. Alle zwei Wochen kommt eine Reinigungskraft vorbei (in der Miete enthalten).

Wohnzimmer:
Esstisch, gemütliche Couch, Bibliothek die ihr gerne nutzen könnt, großer Smart TV mit Apple TV, Disney Plus, Prime, etc.

Küche:
Esstisch, Geschirr, große Kühl- und Gefrierkombi, Herd, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher, Smoothie Maker, etc.

Schlafzimmer:
Großes Bett (180x190cm), geräumiger Schrank, Balkon mit Tisch und zwei Stühlen.

Badezimmer:
Große, begehbare Dusche.

I rent out my apartment for two months because I am traveling. The apartment is cozy, quiet, and clean. It is located directly on the Landwehrkanal above the Turkish market. The street is quiet, and you hardly notice the market when the windows are closed. There is everything you need in terms of equipment. It has a 100 Mbit/s DSL line with WiFi. There is a large Smart TV with Apple+ and Disney Plus. A cleaner comes by every two weeks (included in the price).

Living room:
Dining table, comfortable couch, a library you are welcome to use, large smart TV with Apple TV, Disney Plus, Prime, etc.

Kitchen:
Dining table, dishes, large fridge-freezer, stove, washing machine, kettle, smoothie maker, etc.

Bedroom:
Large bed (180x190cm), spacious wardrobe, balcony with table and two chairs.

Large walk-in shower.
