The apartment is located at the intersection of Schierker Strasse and Kirschoff Strasse in Neukolln, just a few steps away from Karl Marx Str.
The connectivity by train is excellent (UBahn, S Bahn/ring is a 3 minute walk) via Neukolln station.
The apartment is a very close walk to the beautiful Kornerpark, great place to hang out as Spring comes along.
The apartment is available for a short term sublet until the 20th of May (Flexible by one or two days). After that, the apartment will be cleared out and prepared for painting.
The apartment comes with heating, electricity and internet included.
Anmeldung/Registration is NOT possible.
Extension of stay beyond 3rd week of may is NOT possible.
The total rent for one month is 1000 Euros.
