Wir vermieten zwei sehr geräumige Zimmer plus Küche, Bad und Flur (ca 73 qm) für ca. 2.5 Monate unter.

Die Zimmer sind beide sehr hell, sonnig und wunderschön eingerichtet. Wir haben das Parkett in der Wohnung verlegt und eine edle Einbauküche eingebaut. Das Bad ist auch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Hier kann man sich richtig wohlfühlen.

Ideal für ein Paar. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein großes Sofa, im Schlafzimmer ein 200 cm breites Bett. Auf dem Sofa kann man gemütlich schlafen. Als Alternative könnten wir auch ein weiteres Gästebett ins Wohnzimmer stellen, sodass die Wohnung auch für zwei Menschen, die kein Paar sind gut geeignet wäre.

Beautiful and lovingly renovated apartment in the middle of Neukölln.

We are renting out two very spacious rooms plus kitchen, bathroom and hallway (approx. 73 sqm) for approx. 2.5 months.

The rooms are both very bright, sunny and beautifully furnished. We have laid the parquet flooring in the apartment and installed an elegant fitted kitchen. The bathroom is also in very good condition. You can really feel at home here.

Ideal for a couple. There is a large sofa in the living room and a 200 cm wide bed in the bedroom. You can sleep comfortably on the sofa. Alternatively, we could also put another guest bed in the living room, so that the apartment would also be suitable for two people who are not a couple.
