Die Wohnung hat gemütliche 73 qm und einen Balkon mit Blick in den Park. In der Küche ist alles nötige vorhanden. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zum ruhigen Innenhof, es gibt ein Arbeits-/Gästezimmer und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit einem weiteren Schreibtisch, großem Sofa und Beamer. Zu guter Letzt gibt es ein Tageslichtbad mit der wohl kleinsten Badewanne der Welt.
Wir leben normalerweise mit unserem Hund hier, für Allergiker:innen ist die Wohnung daher vermutlich eher ungeeignet.

The apartment has cozy 73 square meters and a nice balcony with lots of greenery. You will find anything necessary in the kitchen - pans, pots, mixer, coffee maker. In the bedroom you will be woken up in the morning by sunlight and birdsong, there is a study/guest room and a spacious living room with another desk, big sofa and beamer. Last but not least, there is a daylight bathroom with probably the smallest bathtub in the world.
Normally, we live here with our dog so the place probably wouldn't be suited for someone who is allergic. The apartment will be cleaned thoroughly before.
Mitten in Neukölln gelegen, nahe des Kanals und mit Blick auf den Wildenbruchplatz. Trotz der Nähe zur Sonnenallee ist die Wohnung absolut ruhig. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 5 Minuten entfernt, der nächste Späti auch nur um die Ecke. Bus und Bahn sind auch mit einem kurzen Fußweg zu erreichen.

Located in the middle of Neukölln, near the canal and overlooking Wildenbruchplatz. Despite the proximity to Sonnenallee, the apartment is absolutely quiet. The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes away, the nearest Späti also just around the corner. Bus and train stations are also within a short walking distance.
Wir verreisen für knappe 7 Wochen und würden daher gern unsere Wohnung untervermieten. Wir haben die Wohnung im letzten Jahr sehr individuell und gemütlich eingerichtet und würden es schätzen, wenn respektvoll mit unseren Sachen umgegangen wird. Falls die Person(en) sich auch für die vielen Pflanzen verantwortlich fühlen würden, wäre das toll.

We are traveling for 7 weeks and would therefore like to sublet our apartment. Our furniture is a mix of flea market antiques and new stuff and we would love if everything is treated with respect. If the person(s) would also feel responsible for our many plants, that would be great.
