- Einem kleineren Arbeitszimmer in dem auch ein Bett steht
- Einem kleineren aktuell als Kinderzimmer genutztem Raum mit kleinerem Balkon
- 2 Bäder, eins mit Dusche, das andere mit Wanne
- Einer Kammer

We are on parental leave and would like to sublet our beautiful 4-room flat in Neukölln, near Tempelhofer Feld.
The flat consists of:
- A large eat-in kitchen with a south-facing terrace
- A larger bedroom
- A smaller study with a bed in it
- A smaller room currently used as a children's room with a small balcony
- 2 bathrooms, one with shower, the other with tub
- A chamber
Das Gelände ist super familienfreundlich aber auch für WG gut geeignet.
Die Anbindung ist über die Hermannstraße gut.
Außerem sind es nur wenige Minuten bis zum Tempelhofer Feld.

The area is super family-friendly but also well suited for shared apartments.
The accessibility is good via Hermannstraße.
It is also only a few minutes to Tempelhofer Feld.
Wir suchen nach zuverlässigen Zwischenmietern, gerne einer Familie, die den Sommer in Berlin verbringen möchte aber natürlich auch alle anderen Konstellationen. Meldet euch einfach für eine Besichtigung und ein Kennenlernen.
