We are renting our little furnished apartment (46m2) for the month of August with possible extension to 7th of September or so ( flexible return date) for extra 250€/week.
It is located in a new modern building just next to Hermannstraße in Neukölln. It’s divided in two rooms connected by a balcony, one room with a double bed and a large closet, and a living room with an open kitchen next to the bathroom.
Couples/ friends are welcome.
The apartment will only have the furniture seen on the pictures plus a sofa chair, no personal belongings as we will be moving in September. Nevertheless basic Kitchen equipment and bed linen is provided.

Wir vermieten unser kleines möbliertes Apartment (46m2) für den Monat August mit möglicher Verlängerung bis zum 7. September (für 250€/für die neue Woche).
Das Apartment ist in einem Neubau direkt neben der Hermannstraße in Neukölln. Es ist in zwei Räume aufgeteilt, die durch einen kleinen Balkon verbunden sind. In einem Raum, ein Doppelbett und ein Einbauschrank und in dem anderen die offene Küche, direkt neben dem Badezimmer.
Gerne auch an Freunde oder Paare vermietbar :)
Im Apartment selber werden sich nur die auf den Bildern befindlichen Möbel befinden +ein Teppich und Sessel , keine persönlichen Gegenstände, da wir erst im September selber einziehen. Bettzeug, Handtücher und Küchenausstattung stellen wir zur Verfügung

5 mins Tempelhofer Feld entry where you can skate/bike/chill

Wifi included in the rent
A 500€ deposit is required on arrival while handing the keys. It will be returned after the stay :)
