Schweren Herzens verlasse ich meine schöne Wohnung erstmal für 4 Monate bis Mitte Oktober, mit einer großen Wahrscheinlichkeit auf Verlängerung bis Januar 2024!

Die Wohnung ist im Sommer eine kleine Oase, die Terrasse zum Hinterhof immer ruhig und ich zitiere Freunde “es ist als wäre man im Urlaub”. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert (Deko kann entfernt werden, aber keine Möbel) und bietet alles was man benötigt. Zudem gibt es Zugang zum Keller. Das Bad hat ein großes Fenster und eine Badewanne. Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich zwischen Karl-Marx-Str. und Sonnenallee in unmittelbarer Nähe zu ÖPNV (Bus, S-Bahn Sonnenallee, U-Bahn Karl-Marx-Str.) und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gleichzeitig ist es in den Nebenstraßen sehr ruhig und angenehm. Die Donaustraße runter kommt man nach Rixdorf, einer der schönsten und angenehmsten Ecken Berlins, den Hügel hoch ist man mit dem Rad in 10min am Tempelhofer Feld.

Die Wohnung eignet sich nur für einzelne Personen oder Paare, da das Wohnzimmer zur Küche hin offen ist und es nur ein Schlafzimmer gibt. Der Preis bezieht sich auf eine Person, die Miete für zwei Personen wäre 1.400€.

Anmeldung ist derzeit nur für eine Person möglich, ich kläre ob es für zwei geht. Dafür braucht der Vermieter den Namen und jetzigen angemeldeten Wohnsitz. Bitte vorzeigen, dass es genug Einkünfte gibt um die Miete zu zahlen.

I’m sadly leaving my beautiful apartment in Neukölln until mid-October with a great probability of extension until January 2024!

The apartment is a small oasis in the summer, the terrace to the backyard is always quiet and I quote friends "it feels like being on vacation". The apartment is fully furnished (decoration can be removed, but no furniture) and has everything you need. In addition, there is access to the basement. The bathroom has a large window and a bathtub. Kitchen is fully equipped.

The apartment is located between Karl-Marx-Str. and Sonnenallee in close proximity to public transport (bus, S-Bahn Sonnenallee, U-Bahn Karl-Marx-Str.) and various shopping facilities and at the same time it is very quiet and pleasant in the side streets. Walking down Donaustraße you find Rixdorf, one of the most beautiful and pleasant neighbourhoods of Berlin, up the hill with a bike you need 10min to arrive at Tempelhofer Feld.

The apartment is suitable only for single people or couples, because the living room connected to the kitchen, so there is only one bedroom. The price refers to one person, the rent for two people would be 1,400€.

Registration (Anmeldung) is currently possible only for one person, I will clarify if it works for two. For registering, the landlord only needs your name and current registered residence. Please also provide a proof of income or how you will ensure rent.
