We are looking for an interim tenant:in for about 6 months for our beautiful and quiet 3-room flat in the heart of "Kreuzkölln". The flat is furnished and fully equipped, has a bedroom, a living room and a small study, which we also use as a wardrobe.
The flat is perfect for a couple or single household, but would definitely also be suitable as a shared flat.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen von "Kreuzkölln" im Hinterhof und ist deswegen trotz der zentralen Lage ziemlich ruhig. Sie ist bestens an alle möglichen ÖPNV (Bus, U-Bahn <1 min zu Fuß) angebunden. Auch sind diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Wochenmärkte, Bioläden, Supermärkte) in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Außerdem sind viele tolle Bars, Cafes und Restaurants im Kiez, sowie das Tempelhofer Feld, die Hasenheide und der Görlitzer Park in der Umgebung.

The flat is located in the heart of "Kreuzkölln" in the backyard and is therefore quite quiet despite its central location. It is well connected to all kinds of public transport (bus, underground <1 min walk). There are also various shopping facilities (weekly markets, organic food shops, supermarkets) in the immediate vicinity.
There are also many great bars, cafes and restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as Tempelhofer Feld, Hasenheide and Görlitzer Park.
