Apartment has everything you'll need and since is located quite close to S-Bahn Neukölln you have great connections to almost everywhere in the city.
Building and street are really quite but walking distance to great bars and restaurants, also there's a market on Saturdays nearby with great organic and alternative products and every other Sunday a not so know great flea market.
We're looking for a person or couple that can take care of our home while we're in-between locations.
We'll be away for the next 6 months, our personal stuff will be stored in one of the 3 rooms, leaving you the rest of the flat to yourself, some things like our records and books we leave for you to listen/read if we happen to share taste.
Dates are not fixed, you could take the place earlier and same for ending date, can be extended.
Ideally would like to meet you in person before taking the decision.
