Mietkaution: Eine Monatsmiete

Vollmöblierte Altbauwohnung:
- Schlafzimmer auf den Innenhof (sehr ruhig)
- Boudoir mit Sofa, Teppich, ausziehbarem Esszimmertisch, Schminktisch
- Arbeitszimmer/ Atelier mit großem Designtisch und sonnigem Balkon
- Küche vollausgestattet
- Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine

Es ist nicht möglich eigene Möbel mitzubringen (es ist alles in mehr als genügender Anzahl vorhanden, Betwäsche, Frotteewäsche, Küchenausstattung etc.)
Ich hätte gerne weiterhin ein gutes Verhältnis mit meinen Nachbarn daher: Keine Party-Wohnung ;)

NICHT WG GEEIGNET <3
Ich vermiete an eine Person (oder an ein Paar welches sich das Bett teilt). Den Untermietvertrag schließe ich mit einer Person ab (ansonsten macht die Hausverwaltung nicht mit).

Wenn ich nicht umgehend antworte lieg es daran das ich gerade keinen Empfang habe.

Deposit: One month's rent.

Fully furnished old building flat:
- Bedroom overlooking the courtyard (very quiet).
- Boudoir with sofa, carpet, extendable dining room table, dressing table
- Study/studio with large design table and sunny balcony
- Fully equipped kitchen
- bathroom with bathtub and washing machine

It is not possible to bring your own furniture (everything is available in more than sufficient quantity, bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment etc.).
I would like to keep a good relationship with my neighbours, therefore: No party flat ;)

Due to several enquiries: THE APARTMENT IS NOT SUITABLE AS SHARED FLAT! I sublet to a single person ore to a couple sharing the bed. The subletting contract will be done with one person tho, otherwise the property management does not participate) <3
