Wir vermieten unsere gerade neu angemietete 2 Zimmer Wohnung ( 52m2) für 900 Euro warm. Das große Zimmer hat ca. 30m2 und ist super groß, das kleine Zimmer ist ein reines Schlafzimmer. Es gibt einen großen alten BauernSchrank, eine Couch und Sessel zum arbeiten oder lesen.
Die Wohnung ist komplett renoviert worden, neues Bad, neue Fenster, schöne neue HolzKüche etc.
Sie wird von uns als work/ wohnspace genutzt und ist deshalb auch dezent eingerichtet, weshalb es viel Raum & Platz gibt.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine Person oder ein Paar, keine WG möglich.
Internet ist vorhanden.
Wir suchen jmd der ruhig & respektvoll ist, keine Party people, keine Raucher :)
und die Wohnung gerne hüten möchte während wir weg sind. Keine Anmeldung möglich!

We are renting out our newly rented 2 room apartment (52m2), for 900 Euros. The big room has about 30m2 and is pretty spacious, the small room is really just a cozy bedroom.
There is a big old wardrobe, a couch and seats for working or reading.
The apartment has been completely renovated before, with new windows, new bathroom, new wooden kitchen furniture.
It is used by us as a work/ living space and therefor minimal furnished, giving lots of space. The apartment is perfect for a single person or couple. No WG possible.
Internet ist available.
We are searching for someone quite, no party people, no smokers, who will take care of our apartment while we are gone.
No registration possible!
