I'm traveling in February/March and I rent my beloved apartment in Stuttgarter Strasse, Neukölln.
It's a 3 room flat at the 3rd floor, in a calm street between Weserstrasse and Sonnenallee. Ideal for families, couples or a short stay with friends.
Rent for the whole period is 360€, or 40€ a night.
The apartment features :
- a large living room with a desk, a non-convertible couch, a piano, a beamer, lots of books and dvds.
- a bedroom with a 140 double bed, looking at a calm courtyard
- a large bedroom (20 m2 ), with a 140 double bed, a large office table, a possible additional 90 single bed and lots of plants. The room is bright, looking on the quiet Stuttgarterstrasse with a small balcony.
- bathroom with a bathtub, a small window and a washing machine
- kitchen with a fridge, gas stove, electrical oven. NO DISHWASHER, NO FREEZER.
Walking distance from the beautiful Treptower Park and Tempelhofer Feld, the banks of the Uffer canal, the trendy Weserstrasse and the bohemian village of Rixdorf.
There's lots of supermarkets and organic food store in the neighborhood, a great independent cinema Wolf Kino, lots of cafes, bars and restaurants, and the historical and gorgeous public pool Stadtbad Neukölln.
Transportation :
Ubahn U7, station Rathaus Neukölln or Karl-Marx-Str. Bus M41, direct from Berlin Main Station (HbF) stop "Geigerstrasse".
