I am subletting my spacious 2-room apartment near S+U Hermannstr. between 26 June - 11 July 2024. The dates are flexible.

There are 2 huge rooms ideal for sleeping and working in separate spaces. The apartment is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, couch, cupboard, kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, washing machine, and wifi internet. There is also an extra mattress in the smaller room if you need it. I also have a robot vacuum+mop and hence, it cleans the apartment automatically without any manual effort. You have everything you need to move in with your suitcase.

You also have a north-facing balcony that has sunlight during the day (whenever the sun gods are happy). The apartment is newly renovated and hence, it's quite warm even without turning on the heating.

The apartment is on the ring-bahn. It's a 4-minute walk from S+U Neukölln with U8 and multiple S Bahns running. It's easy to reach anywhere in the city quickly.

There is a Lidl right next door and REWE is a 4-minute walk away. There are a lot of restaurants and döner shops in the street open till late in the night.

The balcony faces a small church and a park which makes it very beautiful, green, peaceful, and calm.

The internet is 200mbps- very fast and reliable if you need to work from home. I have a huge work table with a monitor.

The apartment is on the 3rd floor with an elevator. The kitchen is huge and has a big table with 3 chairs where you can enjoy your meal with your family. I also have a nice electric guitar if you like playing music.
