ich vermiete meine Wohnung von 23.01. (flexibel, ginge auch schon zum Wochenende vorher) bis zum 28.02.23

- Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei getrennte, beinahe gleich große Zimmer, separate Küche und Bad + Badewanne.
- Bett 220cm x 160cm im Schlafzimmer, Schlafcouch 130cmx 260cm im Wohnzimmer vorhanden (Achtung die Couch auf dem Bild ist kleiner und nicht die aktuelle Couch fyi)
- Sie befindet sich im 3. OG im Vorderhaus.
- Ebenfalls mit Balkon und Rauchmöglichkeit
- Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und einsatzbereit.


Die Wohnung liegt im im beliebten Schillerkiez mit dem Tempelhofer Feld und dem samtäglichen Wochenmarkt direkt vor der Haustür.

Keine Party Absteige :)

- The apartment has two separate rooms of almost the same size, separate kitchen and bathroom + bathtub.
- Bed 220cm x 160cm in the bedroom, sofa bed 130cmx 260cm in the living room available.
- It is located on the 3rd floor in the front building.
- Also with balcony and possibility to smoke
- The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for use.


The apartment is located in the popular Schillerkiez with the Tempelhofer Feld and the Saturday weekly market right outside the front door.

No party flophouse :)
