Ich möchte meine Wohnung für 4-6 Wochen in gute Hände geben, beim Zeitraum bin ich etwas flexibel.

Meine Wohnung liegt am Wartheplatz in Neukölln. Bis auf den Spielplatz vor der Tür ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Das Schlafzimmer geht nach hinten zu einem Park. Die Wohnung im 1. OG besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer mit Süd-Balkon, Küche und Badezimmer auf insgesamt 50qm. Sie eignet sich perfekt für eine Person oder ein Paar. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und die Küche mit allen nötigen Geräten zum Kochen ausgestattet.

Inkludiert: 100mbit Internet, Waschmaschine, Bad mit Wanne, Föhn, ...
Es gibt KEINEN Fernseher!

Lage
Die Wohnung liegt am Wartheplatz nahe S/U Hermannstrasse. Von dort aus erreicht man mit der Ringbahn (S41/42) oder der U8 schnell alle Stadtviertel und den Flughafen BER.

Fußläufig gibt es viele Einkaufmöglichkeiten, Apotheken, Ärzte, Bäcker und Cafés.

Das Tempelhofer Feld ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß.

Ich habe einige Pflanzen, die regelmäßig gegossen werden möchten.
Es handelt sich um eine Nichtraucherwohnung.


Zu deiner und unserer Sicherheit haben wir die Untermiete mit unserem Vermieter abgesprochen.
Deshalb würden wir gerne einen offiziellen Untermietvertrag mit dir/euch abschließen.

I would like sublet my home for 4-6 weeks, I am flexible by a few days in terms of the dates.

My apartment is located at Wartheplatz in Neukölln. Except for the playground out front, the apartment is very quiet. The bedroom is facing a beautiful park in the back of the building. The apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of bedroom, living room with south-facing balcony, kitchen and bathroom. It is perfect for one person or a couple. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances for cooking.

Included: 100mbit internet, washing machine, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, ...
There is NO tv!

Location
The apartment is located at Wartheplatz, near S/U Hermannstrasse. From there you can quickly reach all neighbourhoods with the Ringbahn (S 41/42) or the U8 and the Airport BER.

Within walking distance there are many shopping opportunities, pharmacies, doctors, bakeries and cafes.

The Tempelhofer Feld is less than 5 minutes walking.

I have a few plants that need regular watering and some attention.
The apartment is a strict non-smoking household.


For your and our safety, we have arranged the sublease with our landlord. Therefore, we would like to sign an official sublease agreement with you.
