Hallo!

Meine Wohnung wird nur für maximal 1 Monat verfügbar sein. Wenn du sie innerhalb des genannten Zeitraums kürzer mieten möchtest, schreibe mir gerne und wir können sehen, ob es passt.

Sie ist komplett und hochwertig möbliert (Sofa, Bett, 2 Schreibtische, Kleiderschrank, Beamer + Surround-Sound, alle Küchengeräte) und ist perfekt für jemanden, der ein entspanntes Zuhause mit viel Platz und Privatsphäre haben möchte. Es ist ideal für Homeoffice (Schreibtische, helle Räume, Internet, ruhige Umgebung).

Es liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Schoneweide - S8, S9, S45, S46, S47, der in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist; eine Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten entfernt. Es sind nur 10 Minuten nach Neukölln und 40 Minuten direkt zum Flughafen (BER). Zum Einkaufszentrum sind es weniger als 5 Minuten, ebenso wie zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Kaufland, BioMarkt, MediaMarkt).

Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist von der Hauptstraße zurückgesetzt, daher ist sie ruhig, ohne Straßenlärm, und hat Fahrradabstellplätze im Hof.

Idealerweise suche ich jemanden, der sich selbständig in der Stadt zurechtfindet und sauber/ordentlich ist.

Es ist eine strikte Nichtraucherwohnung, so dass du den Balkon benutzen musst, wenn du rauchst.

My apartment will be available for 1 month only. If you would like to rent it for a shorter period of time within the specified period, please let me know, and we can see if it works.

It is fully furnished to a high quality (sofa, bed, 2 work desks, wardrobe, projector + surround sound, all kitchen white goods) and is perfect for someone who would like to have a relaxed home with plenty of space and privacy. It's perfect for working from home (desks, bright rooms, internet, quiet environment).

It is located near Schoneweide station - S8, S9, S45, S46, S47, which can be reached within 5 minutes on foot; a bus stop is 3 minutes away. It’s only 10mins to Neukölln and 40mins directly to the airport (BER). The shopping mall is less than 5 minutes away, as well as other shopping facilities (Edeka, Kaufland, BioMarkt, MediaMarkt).

The apartment is on the first floor and set back from the main street; therefore, it is tranquil, without street noise, and has bicycle parking in the courtyard.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who is independent with getting by in the city and clean/tidy.

It is a strictly non-smoking apartment, so you would need to use the balcony if you do smoke.
