2-room apartment in Schöneweide near the Spree

Wir suchen Untermieter, die es sich in unserer Wohnung gemütlich machen wollen. Zeitraum wäre ca. Mitte Juni bis Mitte September, da sind wir flexibel. Möglich wäre es auch, nur 2 Monate oä. in dem Zeitraum einzuziehen.

Zur Wohnung:
- 2-Zimmer plus Flur, Küche, Bad im 3. Stock
- voll möbliert, großes Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, 2 Schreibtische – perfekt für's Home Office
- geräumiger Flur mit Kleiderschrank, Bad mit Badewanne, Waschmaschine
- Küche: voll ausgestattete Küche

Extras für euch:
- Internet: DSL
- Fahrstuhl
- Waschraum mit Wäscheständer, damit eure Wäsche nicht in der Wohnung trocknen muss
- Gemeinschaftsgarten: Hier dürft ihr gärtnern, grillen oder einfach nur chillen

Miete & Konditionen:
Kaution: 1.500€
Miete warm inkl. Strom & Internet: 1.200€ (pro Monat)

Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein Pärchen oder Freunde (WG geeignet). Du kannst natürlich auch allein einziehen, wenn du möchtest. Wir haben die besten Nachbarn, unsere Freunde wohnen auch im Haus und falls ihr Lust habt, könnt ihr da (fast) immer klopfen oder trefft euch im Garten. Die Hausverwaltung ist direkt vor Ort und immer ansprechbar, solltet ihr etwas auf dem Herzen haben. Wir sind auch nicht weit weg und verbringen den Sommer in unserem Camper in Berlin, solltet ihr irgendwas benötigen.

Die Wohnung ist nichts für euch, wenn ihr:
- Partys schmeißen wollt, nach denen man am liebsten renovieren möchte
- Katzen mitbringen wollt (Allergieeee)
- 6 Stunden am Tag Schlagzeug oder ähnliches spielt
- in der Wohnung rauchen wollt (bitte nur im Garten/vor der Tür)
- euch an dieser Adresse melden wollt

We are looking for subtenants who want to make themselves comfortable in our apartment. The period would be approx. mid-June to mid-September, so we are flexible. You could also rent the flat for 2 months or a different duration, let‘s talk :)

About the apartment:
- 2-room plus hallway, kitchen, bathroom on the 3rd floor
- fully furnished, large bedroom and living room, 2 desks - perfect for a home office
- spacious hallway with closet, bathroom with bathtub, washing machine
- Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen

Extras for you:

- elevator
- Laundry room with drying racks so that your laundry doesn't have to dry in the apartment
- Communal garden: here you can garden, barbecue or just chill out

Rent & conditions:
Deposit: € 1,500
Rent warm incl. electricity & internet: €1,200 (per month)

We have the best neighbors, our friends also live in the house and if you feel like it, you can (almost) always knock on the door or meet in the garden. The property management is right on site and always available if you have something on your mind. We are also not far away and spend the summer in our camper in Berlin.

The apartment is not for you if you:
- want to throw parties after which you would like to renovate
- want to bring cats (allergy)
- play the drums or something similar for 6 hours a day
- want to smoke in the apartment (please only in the garden/outside the door)
- want to register at this address
