Zur Verfügung steht ein 18qm großes, helles möbliertes/ teilmöbliertes Zimmer, eine große vollausgestattete Küche, Flur und Vorflur und ein frisch saniertes Badezimmer mit Badewanne (keine Dusche!). In einem weiteren Zimmer sind meine persönlichen Sachen untergbracht. Die Wohnung ist eine Altbauwohnung mit 3,80m hohen Decken und abgeschliffenen Bodendielen, sie ist rauchfrei (!) und sauber.
Eine Mietvertragsverlängerung als Zweck-WG ist ggf. möglich. Ich bin selten in der Wohnung, da meist verreist.

A bright, furnished room of 18 square meters is available, as is a large, fully equipped kitchen, hallway and vestibule and a newly renovated bathroom with bathtub (no shower!). My personal belongings are stored in another room. The apartment is an old building with 3.80 m high ceilings and sanded floorboards, it is smoke-free (!) and clean.
A rental contract extension as a purpose-built shared apartment is possible if necessary. I am rarely in the apartment as I am usually away.
Die 2-Zimmer- Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock Vorderhaus in ruhiger Seitenstraße im Reuterkiez. Das Zimmer geht zum Hof, daher ist kein Verkehrslärm zu hören. Kein Fahrstuhl!
Die Hausgemeinschaft ist sehr nett mit internationalen Bewohnern, man nimmt aufeinander Rücksicht und hilft sich gegenseitig.
The 2-room apartment is on the 4th floor of the front building in a quiet side street in the Reuterkiez. The room faces the courtyard, so there is no traffic noise.
The house community is very nice with international residents, they take each other into consideration and help each other.
Du solltest keine Hundehaarallergie haben, da ich selbst eine kleine französische Bulldogge habe. Nichtraucher-Haushalt. Treppen steigen in den 4. Stock erforderlich.

You shouldn't have a dog hair allergy as I have a small French bulldog myself. Non-smoking household. Stairs required to climb to 4th floor.
The room is furnished with a futon bed 1.90x2.40m. You can either bring your own mattress or get a futon with a 100x200 topper from me. Bed linen and towels available upon request.
The underground parking space costs €55 extra.
