I offer a newly renovated WG room in a beautiful old building apartment. The complete apartment was recently renovated, including a new modern kitchen. Accordingly, I am looking for a reliable and tidy roommate who carefully deals with the apartment and the inventory.

The location is super: The HTW is not far away and you reach the train in just 3 minutes walk.

I myself am a relaxed and uncomplicated type, but put great value on cleanliness and a well-kept living together. This is why we have a fixed cleaning plan – and every two weeks there is a cleaning lady who cleanses the entire apartment including your room. This is not an option but an integral part of the WG everyday. It is important to me that there is a certain basic order and everyone can feel comfortable.

So if you like a beautiful apartment, clear rules and a relaxed, respectful coexistence, I look forward to your message!

The duration can be extended again and again if we are sympathetic.
The room is handed over only with one table and chair :)

WG-Zimmer in frisch renovierter Altbauwohnung – ordentlicher Mitbewohner gesucht

Hallo!

Ich biete ein frisch renoviertes WG-Zimmer in einer schönen Altbauwohnung an. Die komplette Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert, inklusive einer neuen, modernen Küche. Entsprechend suche ich einen verlässlichen und ordentlichen Mitbewohner, der sorgsam mit der Wohnung und dem Inventar umgeht.

Die Lage ist super: Die HTW ist nicht weit entfernt und die Bahn erreichst du in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß.

Ich selbst bin ein entspannter und unkomplizierter Typ, lege aber großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und ein gepflegtes Zusammenleben. Deshalb gibt es bei uns einen festen Putzplan – und alle zwei Wochen kommt zusätzlich eine Putzfrau, die die gesamte Wohnung inklusive deines Zimmers reinigt. Das ist keine Option, sondern fester Bestandteil des WG-Alltags. Mir ist wichtig, dass eine gewisse Grundordnung herrscht und sich alle wohlfühlen können.
