Hallo Wohnunssuchende,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für eine 2,5-Zimmer Wohnung in Oberschöneweide, da ich ins Ausland gehe und auch bleibe. Die Wohnung gehört zu einer Wohnungsbaugenossenschaft und ist demnach in sehr gutem Zustand! Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und von der Aufteilung der Zimmer auch sehr günstig. Das "halbe" Zimmer ist im Grunde ein kleines eigenens Zimmer, jedoch nicht sehr groß. Die anderen beiden Zimmer sind in etwa gleich groß. Das Bad ist gefließt und neu und die Wohnung befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand.
Wenn ihr Fragen habt oder euch die Wohnung anschauen wollt, dann kommt vorbei. Ich bin jederzeit über mein Handy erreichbar oder ihr pobiert es Festnetz.
Eventuell kann eine neue Einbauchküche gegen etwas Abstand in der Wohnung bleiben, alles muss sowieso raus und wenn jemand etwas benötigt, dann kann man bestimmt eine Absprache treffen.
