I rent a small 2 room flat in pankow until October 31st.
near schloss park, its literally 2 minutes away!, and 10 minutes walk to Sbahn / Ubahn Pankow.
Main points are:
The flat is not furnished, there is only a sink and stove. ( I could maybe help with getting a bed in there aswell as a fridge)
The walls are bare, no wallpaper yet.
On the first floor. There is a balcony.
I want someone who will rent it for the whole time (until end of october).
There is in the moment no internet but i am working to get it there as soon as possible. There is possibility of getting a usb stick mobile network internet though.
Price:
350 per month warm.
40 for electric and gas etcc
350 deposit.

Ich vermiete meine Wohnung ab sofort bis zum 31.10.
Zum Schlosspark sind es zwei Minuten zu Fuss, zur Sbahn/Ubahn Pankow 10 Minuten,
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenso (Rathauscenter).
Die Wohnung ist im ersten Stock und unmöbliert, in der Küche sind momentan nur Spüle und Gasherd.
Bei Bedarf kann ich beim Organisieren von Bett und Kühlschrank behilflich sein.
Ein Balkon ist vorhanden.
Eine weitere Besonderheit: Die Wände sind noch unverkleidet.
Internet gibt es noch nicht, kann ich aber einrichten. Alternativ gibt es auch die Möglichkeit für einen Internetzugang per Usb-Stick.
