I am renting my furnished flat for 6-12 months from end of February or beginning of March. It's a cozy 1-room loft in an old factory building, a former malt factory. Living and sleeping area are separated via stairs. Kitchen is a living kitchen connected to the living area. The bathroom comes with a bathtub & a washing machine.
The flat is located in Berlin Pankow, about 7 walking minutes from S+U Pankow and 400m from tram station Rathaus Pankow (M1). It takes 15 – 20 minutes by bike to get to Berlin Alexanderplatz, 10 minutes to Schönhauser Allee (Prenzlauer Berg). Neukölln and Kreuzberg can be reached within 20 minutes via public transportation.
The district is a more quiet one with some cafés and a few bars. There are several parks – a small (Bürgerpark) and a big one (Schönholzer Heide) within 5 - 10 minutes walking distance – perfect for running.
The flat is completely furnished and equipped. W-Lan available. No balcony. It is nice for a single person or for couples.
S-Bahn, tram and subway station Pankow can be reached within 8 walking minutes. From there it takes 10 min by subway to Alexanderplatz /Mitte or 5 minutes to Prenzlauer Berg. By bike its 20 min. to Alexanderplatz.
The neighborhood is a quiet area, with some cafés, restaurant and supermarkets in walking distance. The Bürgerpark is 5 min. away, the Schönholzer Heide (perfect for jogging) 10 minutes. It is a very green area, nice for people who like to live in a quiet part of the city but also want to be fast in vivid areas with bars and clubs.
