We let our flat during approximately six months.
We would like to find persons interested to stay during the time we are not here. The flat is all furnished and ready to welcome anyone, you need nothing but your clothes!
The first space when you enter is a corridor with a chest of drawers, coat racks and a mirror.
There is a kitchen with a fridge, a wash-machine, a cloth-dryer, a dish-cleaner and all you need to cook, with also a little space to sit and eat. The bathroom is a typical berliner bathroom with bathtub, toilets and a space to put your stuff with a mirror and the washbasin.
The flat has a living-room which can be used as a bedroom too: there is a sofa bed and the room can be separated from the rest of the flat with curtains. There is also in this room a big working table.
The next room is a big one, separated in two rooms with libraries: one side office and library and the other side, the bedroom. The library opens on a balcony, with a view on the garden.
The flat is situated in the very quiet Pankow, in a courtyard. It is really easy to access to all shops that are near in the neighborhood. You can also go to Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg quickly with the tram just next to the flat. It is also a perfect flat for car owners because you can let your car in the courtyard easily and it's free.
We can organize visits or Skype meetings. We don't ask any complicated documents, the first person interested with the conditions is the one who have it!
