I'm offering my room for rent because I'll be travelling for two weeks. Since my flatmate and I are travelling together, you'll have the whole flat for yourself - 70 square meters, two rooms, and a balcony facing south. You can feel free to use my PC and projector.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Ich würde dir allerdings auch meinen Fahrradschlüssel da lassen, dann bist du in 5 Minuten an der S/Ubahn.
Gegenüber wird grad ein Studentenwohnheim gebaut, aber solange das noch nicht fertig ist, bleibt es hier eher ruhig. Die Straße ist breit und der Blick weit.

Next bus stop is reachable by foot within 3 minutes. But I will leave my bike here and youre free to use it. Next U/Sbahn is 5 minutes away by bike. Other than that its pretty quiet here,
Also - falls du grad noch ein Zimmer für das nächste Semester suchst oder von deiner Freundin rausgeworfen wurdest, melde dich bei mir! ;)
dann kannst du auf nen Kaffee vorbeikommen und dir das Zimmer mal anschauen.
