Da meine Schwiegermutter jetzt umgezogen ist, steht die 2-Raum-Wohnung (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad) noch für 5 Wochen leer.
Was ist nicht drin:

- Spülmaschine
- Möbel fehlen eigentlich ziemlich komplett (sorry für teilmöbliert)
Was ist drin:
- 1 Matratze (2 aufblasbare Gästebetten können noch beigestellt werden)
- Küche mit Herd und Kühlschrank, Geschirr
- Internet
- Tisch und Stühle könnten wir noch beistellen

Since my mother-in-law has now moved, the 2-room apartment (bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom) is still empty for 5 weeks.
What is not inside:
- Washing machine/
- Dishwasher
- Furniture is actually missing completely (sorry for partially furnished)

- 1 mattress (2 inflatable guest beds can still be provided)
- Kitchen with stove and fridge, dishes
- Internet
- Table and chairs we could still provide

Die Lage in Pankow ist eigentlich gut. Großer Edeka und Aldi gegenüber (parken ist dort auch möglich, ob es aber auch über Nacht geht, müsste ich noch mal klären). Die Tram No. 50 ist 5 Min. zu Fuß, U und S Bahnhof Pankow ca. 10 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Von Wohnungstür bis zum Alex sind es mit den Öffentlichen 25 Minuten tuttokompletto.
Unten im Haus gibt es eine Berliner Kneipe mit Dart, im Nachbarhaus einen Pizzadienst.
Durch die Nähe zum Flughafen Tegel hat man vom Balkon aus einen super Blick auf die einfliegenden Flugzeuge
The location in Pankow is actually good. Big Edeka and Aldi opposite (parking is also possible there, but if it is also overnight, I would have to clarify again). The tram no. 50 is 5 minutes on foot, U and S train station Pankow about 10 minutes walk away. From the apartment door to Alex it is 25 minutes tuttokompletto with public.
Downstairs in the house there is a Berlin pub with darts, in the neighboring house a pizza delivery.
Due to the proximity to the airport Tegel you have a great view of the incoming aircraft from the balcony
Die 350 € ist der Mietbetrag für den Zeitraum bis 30.1.2019. Am 31.1. müssen wir die Wohnung übergeben, ggf. ist noch eine Übernachtung bis 31.1. drin, müssen wir aber noch mal mit dem Vermieter abstimmen.
Wenn uns jemand hilft, das Inventar am 31.1. auszuräumen und zur BSR zu bringen, würden wir das natürlich begrüßen und uns revanchieren.
Ansonsten bräuchten wir die Miete im Voraus.
The 350 € is the rental amount for the entire period until 30.1.2019. On 31.1. we have to hand over the apartment, may be, one more night until 31.1. is possible, but we have to vote again with the landlord.
If someone helps us, to clear out the inventory on 31.1 we would welcome that.
And we would need the rent in advance.
