die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stockwerk und wurde 2018 renoviert. Der Altbau hat etwas über drei Meter hohe Decken. Eine sehr schöne Stuckverzierung findet sich im Wohnzimmer. Selbiges hat zwei große Fenster zur Straße hin, verfügt dort über einen Balkon und hat ca. 25m².
Der Flur verbindet Küche, Bad und das kleinere Schlafzimmer, welches zum Hinterhof sehr ruhig liegt und ca. 15m² misst. Es ist ebenfalls sehr hell mit zwei Fenstern zum Hinterhof. Man blick auf einen Hintergarten des Hauses.
Im Schlafzimmer kannst Du ein Bett nutzen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es ebenso eine Schlafcouch. Die Wohnung ist also perfekt für Paare geeignet.

Die Wohnung liegt ein einer Seitenstraße nahe der Mühlenstraße. In 5-10 min. Laufzeit finden sich alle Supermärkte. Insgesamt ist die Maximilianstraße und die Nebenstraßen eher eine ruhige Wohngegend mit vielen Familien.
Die U-Bahn- und Tramstation Vinetastraße (U2, 50, M1) liegt ca. 5 min. zu fuß entfernt, die S-U Pankow 8min. Parkmöglichkeiten für ein Auto lassen sich auch in der Straße finden.
Das Angebot bezieht sich zunächst auf ca. 6 Wochen, 20.03-30.04, kann aber ggf. verlängert werden.
