We have just bought our dream apartment but plan to move there only next year due to the school.
So if you are moving to Berlin this might be your perfect place for a year or so.
There is a huge kitchen, two separate WCs and charming living room with a wall high window which is not typical for the "Altbau" apartments.
The living room is also connected to a small room which could be used as an office. (As a startup guy, that was very important for me).
Super convenient location with only 2 min walking to the metro station and tram stop. The metro station Vinetattr. U2 is only 10 min metro ride from Alexanderplatz.
You also have M1 and M50 tram service at the same station. Supermarkets Rewe, Aldi, Netto about 5 min away.
From this location, you can reach any part of the city very easy.
Prenzlauerberg is only 2 stops away (Schonhauser Allee) or 7 min by bike.
We took a credit for this apartment and not making any money form the rent, so we only consider serious people non-smoking, without pets.
We speak German, English, Polish, and Russian so you may apply and write in these languages.
