Der Altbau Wohnkomplex wurde 2018 komplett Kernsaniert. Wir sind im September 2018 zu 2. und als Erstmieter eingezogen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss eines 4 stockigen Hinterhauses und liegt damit sehr ruhig und sicher. Die liebevoll sanierten Türen, der Parkettboden und die hohen weißen Wände öffnen die Wohnung und es fühlt sich geräumig und großzügig an. Durch ihren guten Schnitt, lässt sich jeder m2 perfekt ausnutzen. Das Badezimmer ist komplett neu, die Wohn Küche hat eine eingebaute Küchenzeile und neuen Parkettboden und der Boden im Schlafzimmer ist aufgearbeitet , sodass er wie neu aussieht. Es gibt einen Keller, einen Innnenhof mit Fahrradständern und einen Garten zur allgemeinen Nutzung. Schaut man aus dem Fenster in der Wohnküche guckt man direkt auf einen großen Baum in den Garten. Aus dem Schlafzimmer schaut man in den ruhigen Innenhof. Generell ist die Straße und der Wohnkomplex ruhig.
Das halten von Kleintieren ist gestattet und die Miete wird eventuell durch den Mietendeckel noch sinken.

The Altbau apartment complex was completely renovated in 2018. We moved in in September 2018 and we were the first tenants. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building and is therefore very quiet and safe. The lovingly refurbished doors, parquet flooring and high white walls open up the apartment and it feels spacious and generous. Due to its good cut, every m2 can be used perfectly. The bathroom is completely new, the living room kitchen has a built-in kitchenette and new parquet flooring and the bedroom floor has been refinished to look like new. There is a cellar, an inner courtyard with bike racks and a garden for general use. If you look out of the window in the kitchen-living room, you look directly at a large tree in the garden. From the bedroom you look into the quiet courtyard. In general, the street and the residential complex is quiet.
Keeping small animals is allowed and the rent potentially will be reduced to the Mietendeckel.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt angebunden und in einer top Lage zwischen Prenzlauer Berg und Wedding. Nur 20 m vom Haus entfernt fährt die Tram Linie M13 und M50. Zur S Bornholmer Straße sind es 5 min zu Fuß, zur S und U Bahn Gesundbrunnen sind es 8 min zu Fuß. Neben dem Gesundbrunnen Einkaufszentrum gibt es Rewe, Denns, Lidl und Aldi. Zum Humboldthain, der Schönhauser Allee, zum Mauerpark oder dem Gleimviertel fährt man 10 min mit dem Fahrrad. Auch zum Englischen Viertel im Wedding sind es nur 10 min mit dem Rad. Direkt gegenüber vom Haus gibt es einen Spielplatz und einen Grünstreifen mit Bänken wo man sehr gut einen Kaffee, die Bäume und Sonne genießen kann. Außerdem gibt es 2 super leckere Restaurants in der Straße : Shalimar (indisch pakistanisch) & Da Gorgio's (italienisch) !!

The apartment is perfectly connected and in a top location between Prenzlauer Berg and Wedding. Only 20 meters away from the house is the Tram line M13 and M50. To S Bornholmer Straße it is 5 min walk, to the S and U Bahn Gesundbrunnen it is a 8 min walk. Next to the Gesundbrunnen shopping center there are Rewe, Denns, Lidl and Aldi. Humboldthain, Schönhauser Allee, Mauerpark or Gleimviertel are only 10 min by bike away. Also to the English Quarter in Wedding it is only 10 min by bike. Directly across from the house there is a playground and a green strip with benches where you can very well enjoy a coffee, the trees and sun. There are also 2 super delicious restaurants in the street : Shalimar (Indian Pakistani) & DaGorgio's (Italian) !!
Neben der guten Wohnlage und süßen Ausstattung der Wohnung können wir vor allem die House Community empfehlen. Es gibt einen super freundlichen internationalen Gruppenchat in dem wir uns austauschen und von Paketen über Leitern zu Waffeln essen alles regeln. Auch der Vermieter ist freundlich und sollte mal etwas nicht funktionieren ist der Hausmeister innerhalb eines Tages vor Ort.

In addition to the good location and cute apartment, we can especially recommend the House Community. There is a super friendly international group chat in which we exchange and regulate everything from packages to ladders to eating waffles. The landlord is also friendly and should something not work, the janitor is on site within a day.
