We we would like to sublet our sun-drenched and peaceful 64 sqm apartment with a fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave) and appliances including a washer and dishwasher. Bathroom is dual shower/bathtub. Bedroom is furnished with a desk, comfortable king-sized bed, wardrobe and bookshelf. The open kitchen/living room area leads out onto a spacious terrace. The apartment is quite private, no vis-à-vis, and skylights in every room.
This apartment is available starting August 15, 2023 through July 31, 2024. Shorter term considered.
Located at the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, the apartment is conveniently situated near the M12, M10, and Eberwalderstr. station U-Bahn and the Schönhauser Allee S-bahn. There's the Kollwitzplatz and Wörtherstr. farmer's market around the corner as well as nearby Helmholzplatz and Mauerpark. Restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery stores in the neighborhood.
The building consists of 8 apartments with friendly neighbors. This apartment would not be suitable for individuals looking to party or host frequent parties as it is a quiet residential building.
We are looking for respectful and responsible sublettors for the year but can consider shorter term sublets.
