Wir vermieten unsere schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung für 4 Wochen im Oktober und November 2023 unter. Neben einer Küche, in der man sich auch gut aufhalten kann, hat die Wohnung ein Wohn- sowie Schlafzimmer. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind zum Hinterhof hinaus, von beiden Räumen aus kann man die gemütliche Loggia betreten. Das Schlafzimmer ist zwar zur Straße hin, die ist aber sehr ruhig und es gibt dort wirklich kaum Verkehr. Das Badezimmer hat ein Fenster und eine Badewanne.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist möbliert und wir suchen nach einem Paar oder einer Person, die verantwortungsbewusst, ruhig, sauber und zuverlässig ist und sich auch um unsere Pflanzen kümmert in der Zeit.
Personen, die gerne Homeparties feiern, sind für diese Wohnung leider nicht geeignet, da die Wände des Altbaus doch etwas hellhörig sein können und unsere Nachbarschaft auch eher ruhig ist. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist leider nicht geeignet für eine WG, ein Paar / Single Person wäre besser geeignet.
Wenn du wirklich an einer Untermiete interessiert bist, dann schreibe mir gerne und erzähle mir etwas über dich / euch.

We sublet our 2-room apartment for 4 weeks in October and November 2023. It's got two rooms, plus a kitchen where you can also spend time in.
The entire flat is light-filled and spacious. The kitchen and the living room are facing the patio, from both rooms you have access to a big loggia.
Bathroom is equipped with a widow.
The entire flat is furnished and we' need someone who's responsible enough to clean and water our plants regularly.
We do not look for people who are out partying a lot as the house might be little soundproof sometimes. We cannot accept pets.
Washing machine as well as dish washer is available, so is a fridge and a freezer.
The flat would be most suitable for a couple, a single person is also possible.
No flatshare.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Prenzlauer Berg, in der Nähe der S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee. Die Gegend ist ruhig und unsere Nachbarn sind alle sehr nett. In 20 Minuten bist im Helmholtzkiez (zu Fuß), das Zeiss-Planetarium ist gleich um die Ecke. Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 20 Minuten am Alexanderplatz.
Im Umkreis von 7 Minuten Fußweg findest du auch einen kostenlosen Parkplatz.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es jede Menge (ich meine es ernst) Lebensmittelgeschäfte, so dass du deine Taschen nicht ewig schleppen muusst.
Ein Späti ist auch direkt vor der Tür.

The flat is located in Prenzlauer Berg, close to S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee. The area is quiet and our neighbours are all very nice. In 20 Minutes you'll be in Helmholtzkiez (by foot), Zeiss Planetarium is right around the corner. By bike you'll be at Alexanderplatz in 20 Minutes.
Within a 7 Minutes footwalk you'll also have a free parking area.
There are loads (I mean it) grocery shops in close vicinity, so no need to carry your bags for ages.
A Späti also is right outside.

Wenn du interessiert bist, würden wir dich gerne vorher persönlich kennenlernen.
