Biete eine sehr schöne 1,5 Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon, mitten im Prenzlauer Berg, aber dennoch ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist hell, verfügt über einen Balkon nach Südwesten raus. Sie liegt im dritten Stock, daher gibt es auf dem Balkon oft Sonne.
Es ist ein Altbau aus dem Jahr 1900. Der Hauptraum mit Wohnküche ist hübsch ausgestattet mit einer hellen Wohnküche und hochwertigem Parkett. Die Wohnung ist in sehr guten Zustand.
Die Wohnung wird unmöbeliert vermietet.
Im kleinen Zimmer (Balkonzimmer) ist ein Hochbett eingebaut für eine breite Matratze, das drin bleibt.
Der Kronleuchter im großen Zimmer ist auch noch da.
Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße im Winskiez. Dort gibt es viele schöne Cafés und Läden. Es ist dennoch angenehm ruhig. Du bist schnell im Volkspark Friedrichshain, im Ernst-Thälmann-Park und im Mauerpark.
Es ist möglich, dass ich die Wohnung in Zukunft selbst nutzen möchte. Es ist derzeit nicht geplant, aber ich behalte es mir vor. Damit du etwas Sicherheit hast, dass sich der Umzug zumindest lohnt, garantiere ich dir, dass du mindestens bis zum 30.06.2024 in der Wohnung bleiben kannst. Vermutlich auch danach, aber ich behalte es mir vor, Eigenbedarf anzumelden - nur dass du schonmal darüber weißt.
Damit ich mich nicht ganz so schlecht fühlen muss, falls ich das dann tatsächlich mache, würde ich die Wohnung bevorzugt an einen Menschen vergeben, der gerade dringlich auf der Suche ist. Bitte schilder mir in deiner Bewerbung etwas über deine Situation. Du musst dir keine herzzerreißende Story ausdenken. Es wäre auch OK wenn du mir schreibst: "Meine Wohnsituation jetzt ist ok, aber ich würde trotzdem gerne umziehen und gehe das Risiko ein, dass du deine Wohnung irgendwann selbst nutzen willst."
