Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Danziger Straße im Prenzlauer Berg, nahe der Griefwalder Straße. 1 Minute Fußweg zur Straßenbahn M10, M4 und M2. Eine breite Auswahl an Supermärkten, Restaurants, Cafés und ein großer Park (Volksmark) sind in der Nähe der Wohnung.

The apartment is located on Danziger Strasse of Prenzlauer Berg, near Griefwalder strasse. 1 minute walk to M10, M4, and M2 trams. A broad selection of supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and a large park (Volksmark) are close to the apartment.
Wenn möglich, würde ich die Schlüssel gerne persönlich übergeben und eine super kurze Einführung in mein geliebtes Zuhause geben.
Bitte beachte die Kaution € oder per Überweisung, die du nach deinem Aufenthalt und wenn alles in Ordnung ist, zurückbekommst. Die Miete muss bis zum oder am Tag der Schlüsselübergabe bezahlt werden (PayPal oder bar). Ich werde denjenigen den Vorzug geben, die die gesamte Dauer oder die längstmögliche Dauer bleiben können.

If possible I'd like to hand over the keys in person and give a super short introduction into my beloved home.
Please be aware of the deposit, which will be returned after your stay and if everything is in order. The rent needs to be paid till or on key handover day (PayPal or cash). I will be prioritising those who can stay the entire duration, or the longest possible duration.
