Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer, das eine mit einem Wintergarten.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, du kannst alles benutzen.
Es ist aber keine PARTY-Wohnung, bitte geht auswärts feiern :)
The apartment is easily reachable with public transport, the S-Bahn Prenzlauer Allee and the Straßenbahn is five minutes of walking away, there is a supermarket right around the corner. If you'll come by car, there are free parking possibilities in our street.
Prenzlauer Berg is a beautiful district to stroll around and find little shops, cafés or bars. It is close to the Eberswalder Straße which is a must go when you visit Berlin. There is also a Planetarium close by!
In unserem Haus wohnen viele Familien mit Kindern und Senioren, deswegen muss man mit der Lautstärke aufpassen. In der Wohnung stehen viele alte Möbel, die ich sehr liebe, bitte behandle sie mit Respekt und Vorsicht.
Kiffen in der Wohnung ist nicht erlaubt, Rauchen geht auf dem Balkon.
