Mein Freund, unsere kleine Tochter und ich gehen auf eine Reise. Wir vermieten unsere schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung im Herzen von Berlin über den Winter (07.01.2024 - 06.04.2024) unter.
Unsere Wohnung ist gemütlich und individuell eingerichtet, hat ein großes Wohnzimmer und verfügt über hohe Decken mit schönem Deckenstuck. Zudem gibt es einen sonnigen Balkon, und ein besonderes "Frankfurter Bad". In der Küche gibt es einen kleinen Essbereich. Im Baby/Arbeitszimmer gibt es einen Schreibtisch mit großem Bildschirm, der gerne genutzt werden darf.
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc.). Gas, Strom und Internet sind im Preis inbegriffen.
Wenn ihr ein Baby/Kleinkind habt, können wir die notwendige Infrastruktur (Wickeltisch, Hochstuhl, etc.) zur Verfügung stellen. Wenn ihr kein Kind habt, können die Babymöbel während eures Aufenthalts auch teilweise woanders untergebracht werden.

My boyfriend, our little girl and I are going on a journey. We are subletting our beautiful 2 room apartment in the heart of Berlin over the winter (07.01.2024 - 06.04.2024).
Cozy and individually furnished apartment with high ceilings and beautiful cover stucco. Sunny balcony, spacious living room and an individual and special "Frankfurt Bath". There is a small dining area in the kitchen. In the baby/study room there is a desk with a large screen that you are welcome to use.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped (washing machine, dish washer, dishes, sheets, towels etc.). Gas, electricity and Internet are included in the price.
If you have a child, we can provide the necessary infrastructure (changing table, high chair, etc.). If you do not have a child, the baby furniture can also be partially stored somewhere else during your stay.

Die Wohnung ist umgeben von schönen Parks (z.B. dem berühmten Mauerpark mit sonntäglichem Flohmarkt), netten Cafés, süßen Restaurants und gemütlichen Bars.
Ein Supermarkt (Rewe) sowie Bioläden (LPG/Denns) sind fußläufig zu erreichen + Straßenbahn- und U-Bahn-Stationen befinden sich direkt gegenüber (2 Min. Fußweg zur U2, M1 und M10). Außerdem 2 Min. Fußweg zu einer der BESTEN Bäckereien Berlins (Zeit für Brot) und zum "Späti" (kleiner Supermarkt, 24/7 geöffnet).
ENTFERNUNGEN:
- Alexanderplatz: 12 min (öffentliche Verkehrsmittel), 10 min (Fahrrad)
- Hauptbahnhof: 20 min (öffentliche Verkehrsmittel), 15 min (Fahrrad)
- Internationaler Flughafen BER: 40 min (öffentliche Verkehrsmittel), 50 min (Auto)
- Zentraler Busbahnhof: 45 min (öffentliche Verkehrsmittel), 30 min (Auto)

The apartment is surrounded by nice parks (e.g. famous Mauerpark with a flea market on Sundays), lovely cafes, cultured restaurants and cozy bars.
A supermarket (Rewe) as well as organic food stores (LPG/Denns) are within walking distance + tram/subway stations are right across the street (2 min. walk to U2, M1 and M10). Additionally 2 min. walk to one of the BEST bakeries in Berlin (Zeit für Brot) and to "Späti" (small supermarket open 24/7).
