as I will not be in Berlin for a while, I am offering my flat to a trustworthy subtenant (or even a couple) with a penchant for orderliness =) With a spacious living room with balcony, cosy bedroom, large kitchen and new bathroom facing the inner courtyard, the flat is excellently laid out and super suitable for couples and singles alike. The flat was freshly renovated a few years ago and is rented furnished (we are happy to discuss details such as hi-fi equipment). All personal furnishings (e.g. pictures, clothes) are still in storage, so that you have / will have enough space to furnish your home.

- Internet (400 Mbit fibre optic)
- Use of the furniture / furnishings
- Cleaning service every 2 weeks on Mondays for 2-3 hours.
