Spacious 3-room flat in Prenzlauerberg

The beautiful spacious apartment is available from 1st of January. The 3-room apartment is on the ground floor of an Altbau building where families and also young people live, we were lucky to have friendly neighbors here. We are moving to our new flat on 1st of January and wish that next tenant can already take it over from this date.
The apartment is also suitable for WG, but we prefer if a family can take it over. We will introduce you to the Hausverwaltung and they will arrange an unlimited contract with you most probably starting from 1st January. So far they have been very collaborative. The kaltmiete might increase slightly (also might not!).
Important: by taking over the flat you agree to do the common repairs/painting when you are moving out from the flat. We are not planning to do these becasue of shortage of time.
(We already move out on 29th December so if you are interested you can plan your moving earlier)

Lage:

The apartment is located in Prenzlauerberg very close to Mauerpark. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood and very nice cafe is just on the corner, so you can have whatever food you fancy in a very short distnace.

Furniture:

The kitchen is equipped with fridge, herd, sink and shelves. We have invested in dish machine and wash machine this year and would like the next tenant take over those costs (the bills are available).
