We are renting out our beautiful light-flooded apartment for 6 months (February to August 2024).
The apartment is perfectly designed and furnished for a couple:
- large living room with balcony
- eat-in kitchen with dining table
- Bedroom with large closet
- Simple shower room
- Office with two height-adjustable desks and ergonomic desk chairs
- Faithful robot vacuum cleaner
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Winsviertel, in der Nähe vom Kollwitzkiez in einer ruhigen Wohngegend.
Fußläufig gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants und Läden. Die Wohnung ist außerdem super angebunden an die Tram (4 min Fußweg) und Ringbahn (10 min Fußweg).

The apartment is located in the beautiful Winsviertel, close to the Kollwitzkiez in a quiet residential area.
There are many cafés, restaurants and stores within walking distance. The apartment is also very well connected to the streetcar (4 min walk) and Ringbahn (10 min walk).
Folgende Punkte sind außerdem wichtig:
- die Wohnung wird an maximal 2 Personen untervermietet
- es handelt sich um einen Nichtraucher-Haushalt (Auf dem Balkon kann geraucht werden)
- keine Haustiere erlaubt
- bauliche Veränderungen sind nicht erlaubt
Die Nachbarn sind außerdem alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir suchen vertrauenswürdige Zwischenmieter:innen, die unser Zuhause so behandeln, als wäre es ihr Eigenes, und sich auch unseren Nachbar:innen gegenüber rücksichtsvoll verhalten.

The neighbors are also all very nice and helpful. We are looking for trustworthy temporary tenants who will treat our home as if it were their own and also behave considerately towards our neighbors.
