Access to the cellar storage can be discussed, but you also have at your disposal a clever storage space in the flat's hallway right next to the entrance door and above the entrance to the bathroom.

Suitable for a single person or a couple, not suitable as a flat share but could work for a family with a small baby.

The apartment is very conveniently located 9 mins walking distance from the Prenzlauer Allee S-Bahn station (Ringbahn S41 & S42, S8 and S85) and 7 minutes walking from trams 12, M13, M2 - quick and easy connection to M10 & M1. There's also the M4 tram located about 11 minutes away by foot.

Only 2 minutes away from the apartment (just across the road from the opposing side of the building) are Aldi, Rewe, and DM. There is also Lidl, Penny, Rossmann and pharmacies located about 5 minutes away by foot.

Very nice cafe right on the corner of the next street, also about 2 minutes walking.

Books and paintings/wall decorations will be removed, plants can be discussed - happy to remove all.

Kitchen remains fully equipped, likely with some/most of the tableware and cooking items like pots, pans & utensils staying at your disposal.

Washing machine and vacuum cleaner, alongside with all the furniture are in perfect condition and bought new not too long ago, only ever used by me.
