Wir vermieten unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung im Februar zur Untermiete. Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Hinterhof des Winsviertels und verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Wannen-Bad und voll ausgestatteter Küche mit Balkon.
Alle Fenster sind zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet, sodass es angenehm ruhig ist. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Arbeitsplatz eingerichtet, den man auch zu zweit nutzen kann, ein großes Sofa und ein Esstisch laden zu gemütlichen Abenden ein.

We are subletting our beautiful apartment in February. The apartment is located in the quiet backyard of the Winsviertel and has a spacious living room, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub and fully equipped kitchen with balcony.
All windows face the backyard, so it is pleasantly quiet. There is a workspace in the living room that can also be used by two people, a large sofa and a dining table invite you to spend cozy evenings.
Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Hinterhof des Winsviertels. In Fußnähe liegen zahlreiche Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte sowie der grüne Volkspark Friedrichshain. Der berühmte und sehr beliebte Kollwietzkiez ist in 10 minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Tram in Richtung Alexanderplatz liegt drei Gehminuten entfernt, der S-Bahnhof Greifswalder Str. (Ringbahn, S8) ist in 12 Minuten erreichbar.

Numerous cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets as well as the green Volkspark Friedrichshain are within walking distance. The famous and very popular Kollwitzkiez is a 10-minute walk away. The Tram to Alexanderplatz is a three-minute walk away, and the Greifswalder Str. S-Bahn station (Ringbahn, S8) can be reached in 12 minutes.
Da wir alle Möbel und Elektrogeräte zur freien Nutzung zuhause lassen, würden wir eine Kaution von 500€ dafür nehmen.
