Die Wohnung liegt ganz zentral in der Nähe der Prenzlauer Allee/ Danziger Straße. Es gibt eine sehr schnelle Anbindung an die M10 und M2, aber auch zur M4 und zur S-Bahn ist es nur ca. 10 Gehminuten. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 10 Minuten am Alex/ in Mitte. Die Wohnung liegt im Winskiez, ganz in der Nähe sind der Kollwitz- und Bötzowkiez.

The apartment is centrally located near Prenzlauer Allee/ Danziger Straße. There is a very quick connection to the M10 and M2, but it is also only about a 10-minute walk to the M4 and the S-Bahn. By bike you can reach Alexanderplatz/ in Mitte in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located in Winskiez, very close to Kollwitzkiez and Bötzowkiez.

Die Straße ist ganz ruhig. Es gibt keine Restaurant und Bars auf der Straße. In naher Umgebung gibt es aber viele Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars. Alles ist fußläufig gelegen. Der Kollwitzmarkt ist nur 5-10Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock und es gibt keinen nutzbaren Aufzug. Theoretisch gibt es noch ein Fahrrad, das ich mit der Wohnung vermieten könnte. Aber auch Leihräder gibt es fast jederzeit in der Straße.

The street is very quiet. There are no restaurants and bars on the street. There are many supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Everything is within walking distance. The Kollwitzmarkt is only 5-10 minutes away on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no usable elevator. Theoretically there is a bike that I could rent out with the apartment. But you can also rent bikes on the street almost any time.
