Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Hinterhof des Winsviertels und verfügt über ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer mit Wanne sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Balkon. Alle Fenster sind zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet, was für eine angenehme Ruhe sorgt. Im Wohnzimmer steht ein Arbeitsplatz zur Verfügung, der auch von zwei Personen genutzt werden kann. Ein großes Sofa und ein Esstisch laden zu gemütlichen Abenden ein.

In February, we are offering our charming vintage apartment for sublet. Nestled in the peaceful courtyard of Winsviertel, the apartment boasts a spacious living room, bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with a balcony. All windows face the courtyard, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere. The living room features a workspace suitable for two, and a large sofa alongside a dining table invites you to enjoy cozy evenings.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen Hinterhof des Winsviertels. In unmittelbarer Fußnähe finden sich zahlreiche Cafés, Bars, Restaurants und Supermärkte sowie der grüne Volkspark Friedrichshain. Der berühmte und äußerst beliebte Kollwitzkiez ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Straßenbahn Richtung Alexanderplatz liegt nur drei Gehminuten entfernt, und der S-Bahnhof Greifswalder Str. (Ringbahn, S8) ist in 12 Minuten erreichbar.

The famous and highly popular Kollwitzkiez is just a 10-minute walk away. The tram heading to Alexanderplatz is a three-minute walk, and the Greifswalder Str. S-Bahn station (Ringbahn, S8) can be reached in 12 minutes.
Da wir alle Möbel und Elektrogeräte zur freien Nutzung zuhause lassen, würden wir eine Kaution von 500€ dafür nehmen.
