Very nice spacious and bright 2-room apartment to sublet. We are off to holidays for that period.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor (top floor, no elevator), with a west-facing terrace, a spacious bathroom with window, bathtub and shower. Everything is available for comfortable living - central heating, fast internet, washing machine, projector, hair dryer etc.
Sehr schöne geräumige und helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung wird untervermietet wegen längerer Abwesenheit.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. OG (Dachgeschoss), mit einer Terrasse zur Westseite ausgestattet, einem großzügigen Bad mit Fenster, mit Badewanne und einer Dusche. Es ist alles vorhanden zum komfortablen Leben - zentrale Heizung, schnelles Internet, Waschmaschine, Projektor, Haartrockner usw.
Near the Prenzlauer Berg hub, Schönhauser Allee (about a 10-minute walk). The nearest tram stop is only 1-2 minutes away on foot (M13) and 7-8 minutes (M1). Nearby, there are many supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, Kaufland, Aldi), lovely restaurants (right around the corner Italian, Korean, and Georgian) and cafes (at least 3 within a 5-minute walking radius). Overall, a very good infrastructure.
In der Nähe von Prenzlauerberger Hub Schönhauser Allee (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß). Zur nächsten Tramhaltestelle allerdings 1-2 Gehminuten (M13) un 7-8 (M1).
In der Nähe gibt es viele Supermärkte (Rewe, Lidl, Edeka, Kaufland, Aldi), schöne Restaurants (gleich um die Ecke italienisches, koreanisches und georgisches) und Caffes (mindestens 3 n 5 Minuten-Gehradius). Also insgesamt eine sehr gute Infrastruktur
